The TECH-SEAL System
The Tech-Seal system is a state-of-the-art process where a rust inhibiting zinc phosphate coating is applied on the whole surface of the product, followed by a chromic sealer and a coating of cathodic primer. These are designed to improve corrosion resistace, especially in difficult to reach areas and joints. A final coating of polyester ensuring resistance to water, humidity, salt, UV rays is applied as a top coat before baking to an attractive, easy-to-clean finish.

| THE 3 MAIN STAGES OF THE TECH-SEAL PROCESS |
Step 1 PRETREATMENT
First Line of defense against corrosion
Consists of Cleaning, conditioning, Phosphating and Chromic Rinse
Maximized primer adhesion and eliminates underfilm corrosion
The key to the Tech Seal process
Step 2 CATHODIC ELECTROCOATING
Four out of five cars in the world today are primed using the same technique
the cathodic process includes the electrocoat, circulating system, rinsing cycle, and curing oven
Electrocoating far exceeds chrome electroplating for covering hard to reach places
Results in a tough, tightly sealed finish
Step 3 TOP COATING
An exclusive process that uses state-of-the-art technology
Finely ground powder is electrostatically applied, then baked to an attractive easy-to-clean coating and environmentally friendly, unlike other traditional paint, finishes
